THE HOLY SPIRIT IN CHRISTIANITY

1.  Christians believe in the Holy Spirit as one of the divine persons of the Holy Trinity whom they adored, glorified and worshiped along with the Father and the Son of God as their one and only God.

2.  The Holy Spirit however is the last of the divine persons of the Holy Trinity to be revealed because the foremost duty of the Holy Spirit is to lead the descendants of Adam to know and believe in the Son of God whom the Father sent specifically to offer everyone the life that originates from the Father.

3.  Meaning the Holy Spirit prepares mankind and goes out to them with His grace, in order to resurrect and draw their sinful and deadened spirit towards a new birth with faith in the mystery  of the dead and risen Son of God.

4.  In this sacred mission the Holy Spirit initially came upon a Jewish virgin named Mary so that the Son of the Holy One consecrated and named by the Christians as Jesus Christ be conceived and delivered into this world.

5.  Knowing the Son of God is also knowing the revealed Words of God because the Words of God came down to mankind in the form of the Son of God. For this reason, only those who are lead and inspired by the Holy Spirit to the Words of God can truly understand the Words of God and so know who the Son of God is.

6.  The spiritual resurrection and rebirth into the divine life of believers is signified by the action of the Holy Spirit who comes down during their baptism like a dove and always dwell in them as their source of the holiness within them.

7.  In other words, the delegation of the divine duties of the Father is as the creator, the Son as the savior and the Holy Spirit as the regenerator.

8.  Meanwhile between the two comings of the Son of God, who is in heaven with the Father, is the messianic Age of the Spirit.
